Live Healthy with Koska Products

Koska first entered the trade of life in Istanbul in 1074 at its Topkapı factory, producing halva, jam, Turkish delight, and koz halva. In 1983, they moved to their modern facilities built in Merter. These facilities continuously increased KOSKA's product variety. At the end of 1998, they moved to their current location, located on a 11-decare land at the Avcılar Ambarlı junction, with an 18,000 square meter indoor area, and they continue their production at these facilities. Today, Koska has increased its capacity and product quality with the latest technology, bringing halva, tahini, molasses, honey, Turkish delight, wafer halva, and many other food products to the Turkish food sector. All sections of its factory, employees, and products comply with HACCP quality standards, the highest food hygiene standard.

Both Organic and Healthy Products

Among Koska's products, in the organic food group where organic food products are used in manufacturing, there are organic jams, organic tahini, and organic molasses. The agricultural products in Koska's organic food products are those in whose cultivation and processing genetic engineering, artificial fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and chemical packaging and materials are not used.
