Laminate Veneers
How Laminate Veneers Are Made
Laminate veneer, known in English as Laminate Veneer and translated into our language as: laminate teeth, porcelain leaves, is an application. These applications can be performed with the best results in a dental clinic. It is applied to patients who have aesthetic complaints about their front teeth. It is made of porcelain. It is very thin, translucent, and has a natural tooth appearance. If your teeth have form and shape defects, you can have this application done on your existing teeth. Porcelain leaf laminate applications are visually indistinguishable from natural teeth in terms of color, transparency, translucency, texture, and thinness. It is also resistant to staining and abrasion. The applications are designed according to each patient's face shape, smile, tooth dimensions, and tooth positions.
When Should You Get Laminate Veneers?
If your teeth are spaced, if your teeth are broken or worn, if you need aesthetic tooth repair in your mouth, if you have color deformation, if you have crowded and crooked teeth, you can also have leaf laminate tooth application. In laminate veneer tooth treatment, the patient's smile is first examined, and then the dimensions, shape, and position decisions of the leaf laminates are made. After photographs are taken, tooth cutting is performed (about 0.3-0.7 mm). In some cases, tooth cutting is not necessary. In the first stage, temporary acrylic leaf laminates are placed on the patient. In the final stage, when the leaf laminate teeth of the appropriate form and color are prepared, the real laminates are placed. If a flawless visual result is achieved, the laminate teeth are bonded in place.
